The Inn at Copper's Run

cover picture by Lynn R. Mitchell
From the fall of the North Tower, World Trade Center, to the Virginia Countryside...
A faith based story of romance and suspense

Who hasn't longed to vanish and start life over somewhere safer, somewhere better?
Most of us don't get...or don't take that chance.

Sampson MacDonald and Alaine Albert did, not so much by choice, but after having escaped one of the most horrific events in recent history, 9/11.
Their unexpected anticipation?  The Inn at Copper's Run.
A traveler's retreat since the mid eighteenth century, the Inn serves other purposes, not immediately evident, in the lives of its residents.
On the verge of finding sanctuary, Sam and Alaine face devastating reminders of their pasts, threatening any prospect of security
 in Copper's Run.

The Inn at Copper's Run is available in both ebook and paperback versions at amazon.com

Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence?
If I go up to the heavens, you are there; if I make my bed in the depths, you are there.
If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea,
even there your hand will guide me,
your right hand will hold me fast.
If I say, “Surely the darkness will hide me and the light become night around me,”
even the darkness will not be dark to you;
the night will shine like the day, for darkness is as light to you.
(Psalm 139:7-12)
